Not for any particular reason,
run like Forrest Gump, run for the sake of running.
The mountain you see,
and after you get there, hike the one you see from the there.
In rivers, lakes, seas… during spring, summer, autumn, and if you can handle it, dive during winter too.
When you feel like it, and stop, when you don’t.
Go to the gym,
if you think that humans were made to lift weights for 2-3 hours straight.
And if you happen to be like me, you’ll realize that you can have a nice and healthy body if you just eat healthy, and spend more time in the nature, in the mountains, in the sea…
